Alisa Newhouse Smith
Apparently she has been an artmaker since a young child (like most of us, if given the opportunity). Raised in New York, born in Germany, living in Northeast LA for the last 3 decades. You might know her as a community activist, she helped bring the Sotomayor Campus to our riverside instead of another maintenance yard. And her work was last seen at the Frogtown Artwalk in 2016
