Join your neighbors as we celebrate summer in Elysian Valley with a free community movie night. Bring your lawn chairs, your blankets and your pillows and settle in for a fun evening of films shown outside on an inflatable screen.

Join your neighbors as we celebrate summer in Elysian Valley with a free community movie night. Bring your lawn chairs, your blankets and your pillows and settle in for a fun evening of films shown outside on an inflatable screen. We'll be showing a short film made by students at Dorris Place Elementary along with our feature film, Grease!Â

Pack a picnic dinner for the family, and enjoy free popcorn, pizza and drinks for the first 100 people. Ham it up for the photo booth while you settle in. Â View elements of the students filmmaking process and meet our team!

Doors open at 6:00 pm.

Schedule:
6:30 - 7:00 – Short film "Sounds of Dorris Place",  created by students at Dorris Place Elementary School.
7:00 – 9:00 – Grease
Grease is a 1978 American musical romantic comedy film that depicts the lives of greaser Danny Zuko and Australian transfer student Sandy Olsson, who develop an attraction for each other during a summer romance. The film stars John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John as Danny and Sandy.
Costumes & sing-a-longs welcome!!!Â
